On-Site Installation Supervision

ICESTA engineers can be dispatched to provide professional installation supervision and system commissioning to ensure correct setup and safe start-up.

Service Duration

Engineers can provide on-site support for final installation and start-up assistance, with the standard duration up to 7 days. The specific length is adjustable according to your practical requirements.

Customer Responsibility

The customer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by the dispatched engineers during the on-site service period.

How to Submit a Service Request

Please provide the following information:
1.Detailed written description of the problem (Email or Fax)
2.Photos or videos of the fault area
3.Model number & serial number
4.Working condition and alarm messages (if available)

  • Technical diagnosis report will be provided
  • Troubleshooting solution within 24 hours after receiving complete information

    c.ICESTA engineering and after-sales service team will check and form a diagnosis report.
    d.Further trouble-shooting solutions will be offered to customers within 24 hours after receiving the written description and pictures.

  • Supervision of Installation and start-up:

    The Ice Plant shall be installed by the customer according to our instructions. For the final supervision of the installation of the Plant and the start-up, ICESTA approved service engineers are available to come to the site for approximately 7 days. Round Trip tickets ,Visas, Hotel, Food and Transportation within the country have to be covered by the customer.
