The double-drum low-pressure spiral freezer produced by ICESTA is suitable for individual quick-freezing of granular and small-block foods. Its large-scale freezer is also suitable for individual quick-freezing of large-sized frozen foods, such as prepared foods, whole chickens, whole fish, etc. The double-drum spiral freezer features low-level feeding and discharging, which is convenient to operate and can be matched with customers' production lines.

The low-pressure spiral freezer adopts a dual-roller low-level feeding and discharging system, which can easily match with the front and back processing lines, making it convenient to use.

Efficient Evaporator

Our design was simulated with European professional heat exchanger software. All tubes are expanded hydraulically rather than mechanically, which improves heat exchange performance due to more uniform expansion and a tighter fit between tube and fin.

Variable fin pitch is used to delay frost formation on the filn's surface. Longer frosting interval. Easy access and cleaning.

Air Flow Design

 The cold and high velocity air flow is guided with the air baffles evenly  through the product area. Minimum food dehydration, best heat transfer. Air shrouds provided to minimize cold loss at the opening of infeed and    outfeed. Spacious access inside freezer for maintenance andcleaning personnel.

PLC touch screen, friendly interface, easy operation. Real-time display of equipment running status, the temperature of each area, and fault alarm. Preset freezing programs tailored for different products. Optional remote troubleshooting module.

Intelligent, User-Friendly, Network

Air defrost system

The ADF blows pulses of pressurized air of high velocity repeatedly over the evaporator fins while the products continue to run in the freezer. The freezer inside temperature is more stable because of less frost on the fin. Thanks to longer runtime, the production output isincreased.
