Core Requirement: To provide a continuous, stable, and massive supply of cooling medium for large-scale concrete pouring (e.g., bridges, dams, foundations) in a tropical hot climate, in order to control concrete hydration heat, prevent thermal cracking, and ensure project quality and structural safety.

This solution provides a complete, turnkey plate ice production, storage, and delivery system, addressing project ice needs in a modular and automated manner.

Total Capacity: 60 tons per day (based on 24-hour operation).
Core Equipment & Configuration:
Ice Production Unit: 2 sets of ICESTA-PI-30T Containerized Plate Ice Makers.
Single Unit Daily Output: 30 tons of plate ice.
Plate Ice Specification: 8-10mm thickness, featuring large surface area for high cooling efficiency and easy mixing with concrete.
Form Factor: Standard 40-foot container modules, internally integrated with refrigeration system, evaporator, and electrical control cabinet, pre-commissioned before shipment.
Storage & Delivery Unit: 1 set of ICESTA-SILO-100T Fully Automatic Ice Storage and Delivery Silo.
Storage Capacity: 100 tons.
Function: Automatically receives plate ice, manages inventory, and delivers ice on-demand and in measured quantities via an internal screw conveyor.
Terminal Processing Unit: 1 set of Ice-Water Preparation System.
Ice-Water Preparation Capacity: 180 cubic meters per day.
Function: Rapidly converts plate ice into low-temperature ice water for concrete mixing or direct cooling, offering flexible application methods.
Control System: Centralized PLC integrated control system with a touch-screen HMI (Human-Machine Interface). Enables one-touch automated control and remote monitoring of the entire process from ice making, storage to delivery.
