ICESTA has designed and delivered a large-scale, customized industrial flake ice cooling system as a complete turnkey solution for the NEOM future city project in Saudi Arabia. This integrated system centers around a 120-ton per day flake ice machine, a 90-ton ice storage system, and a 360-ton industrial water chiller, engineered to meet the stringent demands for reliable cooling and continuous ice supply in an extreme desert environment.

The system features an integrated design for ice production, storage, and transportation, significantly saving space and manpower. ICESTA Industrial Flake Ice System for Mega-Projects
The ICESTA Industrial Flake Ice System is a high-capacity, fully integrated cooling solution engineered for large-scale, mission-critical applications such as the NEOM future city project. It is designed to deliver reliable, efficient, and intelligent ice production and cooling in the world's most demanding environments.
This turnkey solution is built around three interconnected units:
120-Ton Per Day Flake Ice Plant: The heart of the system, producing a continuous supply of dry, sub-cooled flake ice with high thermal efficiency.
90-Ton Ice Storage and Handling System: Ensures constant ice availability with automated inventory management and minimal agglomeration.
360-Ton Industrial Water Chiller: Provides powerful process cooling, completing a comprehensive temperature-control package.

This system enables zero-complexity operation, allowing for one-touch startup/shutdown, real-time performance monitoring, and automated fault diagnostics, significantly reducing operational expertise requirements.
