In 2023, ICESTA commissioned an 8x5T fully automatic cube ice line in Guangzhou, integrating an automatic ice packing system, smart delivery line, and large Ice storage—achieving unmanned operation from production to outbound logistics. 

The core consists of eight 5-ton cube ice machines (40 tons/day). Tailored for the "Ice Selling Factory" model, ICESTA delivered a "Production-Storage-Packaging-Delivery" turnkey solution:

1. Smart Production & Storage: PLC-controlled ice flows via enclosed conveyors to the silo, ensuring hygiene.

2. Auto Packing: Seamless connection between silo and bagging machine for automatic weighing/filling.

3. Innovative Delivery: Packed ice conveyed directly to the loading bay, reducing handling and loading time.
