On May 15, 2026, ICESTA (Shenzhen Brother Ice System Co., Ltd.) completed production and successfully loaded the 50-ton/day flake ice machine system custom-designed for a major reservoir project in Dalian at its Shenzhen manufacturing base, marking the official start of equipment delivery. The system will be used for fish preservation and cold chain support at the reservoir, providing a reliable and stable ice supply.
This represents another significant flake ice machine project delivered by ICESTA in the Dalian region and a key achievement in the company's market expansion in Northeast China's water conservancy and aquatic product preservation sectors.
The 50-ton flake ice machine system incorporates ICESTA's proprietary high-efficiency refrigeration technology and is equipped with an intelligent control system and multiple smart safety protection features, enabling 24-hour continuous automated ice production to fully meet the large-scale ice demand for fish preservation and cold chain support at major reservoir projects.
Flake ice produced by the system features uniform thickness (1.6–2.3mm), dry and smooth surfaces, and no sharp edges, effectively protecting aquatic product surfaces from damage during preservation. With its large contact surface area and rapid cooling capability, flake ice significantly extends the freshness preservation period of aquatic products. The evaporator contact surface of ICESTA flake ice machines is made of high-quality stainless steel (SS316L or SS304), offering excellent corrosion resistance and anti-rust performance, making it particularly suitable for high-humidity and high-salinity environments such as aquatic product preservation.
