ICESTA's 10-ton-per-day containerized slurry ice system has completed full assembly at our Shenzhen facility and is now undergoing performance adjustment. Powered by a German BOCK compressor and built with full SUS-316L stainless-steel construction, the system is specifically engineered for seawater and salt-water conditions, demonstrating exceptional ice quality and operational stability during commissioning.
Slurry Ice Output: Ultra-Fine, Smooth, and Free-Flowing
As observed on-site, the slurry ice flows continuously from the pipe — ultra-fine, smooth, steady and truly free-flowing. This flowable characteristic allows the ice to be delivered directly to any desired point via piping, dramatically reducing manual handling costs. The ice-crystal concentration reaches up to 50% and is fully adjustable, accommodating diverse requirements for ice temperature and concentration across different applications. The ice temperature remains stable at -4°C — a range widely proven to deliver significantly better preservation results for seafood, fish, and vegetables compared to conventional flake ice.
5-Ton Slurry Ice Mixing Storage Tank: Uniform Mixing for Peak Demand
The 5-ton slurry ice mixing storage tank keeps ice evenly mixed, preventing ice-water separation. It is ideal for ice storage and sudden high-demand usage. The tank operates in coordination with the ice-making system, enabling rapid response during peak ice consumption periods to ensure continuous supply.
The system is equipped with a smart PLC touch-screen control system featuring an intuitive and clean interface. Users can view all running states and adjust parameters in real time, lowering the operational threshold and enhancing daily management convenience..
