· PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The ICESTA seawater type flake ice machines is always used on fishing boat, for its special design and completely stainless-steel-material used to prevent the machine from corrosion, and the instability due to the unfavorable condition and ship swaying in the sea. 

On the fishing, the machines make ice from seawater directly, and also make the heat exchange via the condenser. The low-temperature seawater as well as its salinity, makes the ice at an excellent ice degree, to give better fresh keeping for the fish.

1.Deep Oil Sump of BOCK/BITZER Compressor,to avoid oil leakage when boat is swaying,

2. Condenser are made of copper-nickel Alloy material,  anti-corrosive inner lining.

3. IP55 rated control box is equipped with a special structure and vents design. Failure & Buzz indicator has a warning sound while flashing rapidly

4. Better water proof----Control box and Pressure Gauges placed on a higher position ,cables go into the box from bottom.

5. Metal level switches to eliminate wrong warnings during bumpy sailing. 

6. Gearbox cushion is in place to prevent contamination onto the cover of the ice maker

7. Thicker protective layer to prevent corrosion onto the gearbox

4. Failure Claim procedures
a. Detailed written failure description is required by fax or by mail, indicating the relevant equipment information and detailed description of failure.
