As China' s largest meat processing enterprise, Shuanghui demands exceptional hygiene control and precise temperature management throughout production. Flake ice – with its thin, irregular shape, large surface area, and rapid cooling ability – is widely used in meat mixing, raw material preservation, and process cooling. ICESTA' s 5x5T flake ice machines feature all-stainless evaporators, ice scrapers, eliminating rust risks associated with conventional carbon steel parts.

From contract signing to full-load operation, the project took just 45 days. ICESTA' s engineering team optimized the refrigeration configuration for Zhengzhou' s hot and humid summer conditions, enabling stable production of dry flake ice, with no clumping or bridging.
