    ICESTA’s warranty provides 7x24-hour technical support via phone. Additionally, for any product failure claim, ICESTA guarantee a response within 24 hours after receiving customers' written description and supporting pictures.
  • 1.What warranty does Icesta provide for industrial ice machines?

    ICESTA guarantee all the machines for 12 months starting from the Bill of Lading (BL) date. If there are any problems with the machine that aren't caused by improper handling, ICESTA'll provide free parts and service.
